What if I need member support?

All family memberships come with our 365 member email support to answer brief general questions about the program or technical issues. Questions will be answered within 3 business days, but often the same day.

All family memberships also include access to our monthly Member Webinars Series with Dr. Gardner. Dr. Gardner uses these webinars as an opportunity to discuss key aspects of the program, delve into timely healthy related topics, or to address member generated topics. All sessions conclude with a Q&A.

For more personalized support, Dr. Gardner is available by appointment for family strategy sessions. Dr. Gardner will discuss key aspects of the program and help parents set realistic goals. This is also a chance to ask questions and address any concerns. These sessions can be scheduled online through our store and are not included in the cost of family membership.
