Our 10-Week Format

The Healthy Kids Program is divided into 10
weeks. Each week follows a pattern that builds
on the previous week to make participation
easy and intuitive.

We encourage your family to proceed at a realistic pace. If it takes longer than a week to review and implement the weekly material, relax and take your time! It’s better to proceed at a comfortable pace than to feel pressured and quit the program.
